Cut each avocado in half lengthwise and remove the seed with your hand. Scoop out the avocado flesh with a spoon into a small bowl. Mash with a fork.
Stir in garlic cloves, lime juice, and sea salt. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
Notes
If you have the time, let the guacamole rest for 30 minutes after mixing to develop flavor. Store leftover guacamole in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 2 days.Add ground cumin, diced red or white onion, black pepper, or cilantro to your guacamole if desired.
