Instructions
Spread vegan pesto on a slice of bread. Place arugula on top.
Layer mozzarella slices. Drizzle the olive oil on top and add sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar or balsamic glaze.
Place the tomato slices on top and add a sprinkle of salt and pepper on the tomato. Add another slice of bread on top and enjoy!
