Vegan  Cranberry Cream Cheese Bites

These simple, easy-to-make, and elegant bites are the perfect appetizer or snack for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Eve!

– mini muffins pan – rolling pin – pastry cutter wheel  – chef's knife – spoons – marble board 

Equipment

RESPLENDENT KITCHEN

Roll out thawed puff pastry on parchment paper. Cut into 16 squares with a pizza cutter or pastry cutter. 

Step 1

Place the puff pastry squares in the greased mini muffin tins.

Step 2

RESPLENDENT KITCHEN

Fill vegan cream cheese onto the thawed puff pastry squares in the muffin tin.  

Step 3

Then fill the squares with cranberry sauce and chopped nuts on top of the vegan cream cheese.

Step 4

Enjoy!

Bake until golden brown, and top with chopped rosemary.  Let the bites cool for a few minutes before serving.
