PLUM GINGER GIN SOUR 

What is a gin sour? A traditional gin sour contains gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg  white (aquafaba for this vegan recipe).  It's the perfect balance of sweet and  sour!

For the cocktail: –gin –ice  –plum ginger simple syrup –lemon juice –plum slices for garnish For the plum singer simple syrup: –sugar –water –plums  –ginger 

Ingredients

– cocktail shaker – chilled cocktail glass – strainer – cutting board – chef's knife – citrus juicer – vegetable peeler

Equipment

- Bring sugar & water to a low boil & stir until sugar is dissolved. - Add sliced plums & ginger, reduce heat to low . Simmer,  stirring frequently.

Make plum ginger simple syrup

- Add the gin, aquafaba, lemon juice, and plum ginger simple syrup to a cocktail shaker. - Shake for 30 seconds. Add a cup of ice, then shake again.

Make the plum ginger gin sour

RESPLENDENT KITCHEN

- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. - Garnish with sliced plum if desired. - Serve immediately.
